Forbidden access on TAZ 2.2 Y_Motor_v1.1.d.fcstd

Hey guys,

I was browsing this dev repository: http://devel.lulzbot.com/TAZ/2.2/production_parts/FreeCAD/

I can download most files, except the Y_Motor_v1.1.d.fcstd part. Access to it is forbidden. I wanted to know what the change from the original version was.
