Are the Lulzbot printers capable of printing with Polyphenylsulfone (PPSF / PPSU)? It is a heat resistant and chemical resistant plastic for which filaments are available.
Probably yes, but only after significant modification. I have been printing Ultem 1000 (PEI) on my Lulzbot, but I had to enclose it, run the bed at much higher temperature (135 to 145C), modify the thermistor on the hot end so it can go beyond 300C, and upgrade the print head parts to be out of polycarbonate since the ABS sags when I run it this hot.
