replacement part for dishwasher rack

Our silverware rack in our dishwasher is breaking apart on the bottom and this is creating holes big enough for silverware to fall through. I would like to design a new bottom to lay down in one or two of the compartments to cover the holes. Of course the new piece will need to be holey like the existing one. What I am trying to figure out is what is the best plastic for this application? There is no UV but there certainly is heat, as much as 190 degrees.

I would try PETG or Nylon, they both melt at higher heats and can be food safe depending on their composition.

Thanx.

MakerGeeks Raptor PLA is also dishwasher safe and very strong after it is annealed.

FormFutura makes a product known as Centaur PP. They say that it is dishwasher safe.https://www.formfutura.com/shop/product/centaur-pp-natural-1124?category=199
