using cleaning filament

I used to get eSun cleaning filament to feed through extruded just fine and now it seems too soft and just gets chewed up by the feeder sprocket. I set the tension same as for PLA. Thoughts?

Use the metallic brush included with your tool kit to clean the teeth on the hobbed bolt, or use compressed air to make sure the teeth are clean. Once gently cleaned, roll the large gear to spin the hobbed bolt and visually inspect the teeth for any dull or missing segments. Contact the support team at LulzBot.com/Support for help with dialing in the tension on the filament idler.
