Layering issues

I’ve recently started having issues with layers after the first 10 or so. The print starts fine and then fails to build correctly.

I tried printing the fish fossil template using factory settings and this won’t work even though it previously printed perfectly.

Any ideas?

Does the spool payout filament freely?

Taz? I would say first thing to check is bed leveling
