Power Supply running at 14.3V

Alright, so I don’t know how, why, or what happened to my power supply. But it finished with a print, I went to set up another one and my motors weren’t working correctly. I thought it was strange, so I powered everything down, turned it back on and they still weren’t working right. Heard some clicking from my power supply and thought i’d check it out. Low and behold, the voltage is 14.3 as opposed to the expected 24. Anyone else have a similar issue happen to them? Do I need a new power supply or is there something I am missing?

We can get a replacement power supply to you if needed. The power supply should be outputting 24v. Please send in an email to Support@LulzBot.com with the following information:

  • Shipping information
