For reasons I’m trying to do something, but I need to get the cable chains that are connected to the x-carriage of my mini off. Anyone know how to get them off? They aren’t the ones where you just flip a thing off and remove it, they’re an older version. Picture attached.
EDIT: Figured it out. There’s two screws at each end holding it on. If the wires are in the way too much for you (they were for me) you can separate the chain links with something pointy/thin and some patience. I used multimeter probes to separate them and it worked pretty well.
