When X-Level-ing, the nozzle is not supposed to touch the back right washer: Correct?

I'm not sure if you are referring to leveling the x-axis on the Mini 2, or if you are using another printer, but on the Mini 2, the level x-axis option should not hit the back right washer. It will get a bit close, but it should not make contact.

OK Thanks
Yes, Mini2
I ask because I've been printing parts with the same profile / same filament but having to change z-height to get a good first layer. Varies from 1.09-1.11. Not sure why.

Is this the Z-offset? or something else that you are fiddling with? On my Mini2 the Z-offset is the distance in mm from the top of the washer at the corner to the PEI/glass bed.

Thanks
