Groaning Rails...

on my Mini 2.
Cleaned them with alcohol but still groaning.
(I X-level before every print.)
Suggestions?

Could you give a bit more detail in regards to the groaning noise you are hearing? Is it the X, Y, or Z axis rods that are making a groaning noise?

Not Z.
Groans after auto-leveling... during move to front left position to wait for extruder to heat up.

Cleaning your smooth rods with a green Scotch-Brite scrubber will remove any excess bushing lubricant that may have built up on the rods. If the noise continues, reach out to the support team at https://LulzBot.com/Support.
