Hopefully I can get some help here as tech support is ignoring me.
I have a TAZ PRO that is 3 weeks old. The first week I was able to get it to print just fine and made 5 prints or so. After the first week it has started to randomly reset itself during the heat up sequence. It will never get to printing something. I does the same thing no matter if it is printing through USB or through the dongle. I am using CURA lulzbot with the stock setting. Has anyone had this occur? Thanks for your help.
Sounds like a loose connector or a connector that has exposed wires that short out. I would go over it top to bottom making sure all the connectors inside and out are secure.
If that doesn’t help, upload the latest firmware after writing down the Z offset and steps values.
