The #reprap channel on irc.freenode.net is hugely helpful.

Reddit has a couple decent subreddits:

Thanks for the links!

I always end up going here about once a week, since I forget what all the G and M codes mean.

I’m really liking http://gcode.ws/ as far as online G-Code viewers go.

For determining the optimal temperature to use with a given branch & color of filament, I found this print temperature calibration procedure to be extremely helpful:

http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35088

I used the Lulzbot draft Slic3r config with a .2mm layer height - each print took just under an hour (you’ll need one print for each temp to test…so 3-4 prints at a minimum). If layer adhesion is an issue for you, absolutely give this a try - getting just the right temp makes a world of difference.

I saw this last week and think it is pretty helpful to beginners just getting started in 3D printing. beginners get started using ABS plastic, but advanced 3d printing can do some really amazing stuff. http://www.printdetective.com/3d-printing-infographic

Cura: LulzBot Edition User Manual

Can someone tell me if the Lulzbot.com site is down.

It is working for me.

Broken as of 3/12/15, sadly.

Ty,
fixed with some new links

Another good visual print quality troubleshooting guide I found useful

Found great and amazing recommendations! Thanks for the great list!

Also wanted to thank you for incredibly helpful materials!

Thanks for sharing the links.

By the way, I found out a new site with cool software. This company actually produces 3D scanners, may be of some use too.
