Flexystruder v2 Availability? New version?

After seeing the black friday sale email I went to check out the Flexystruder which I’ve been interested in picking up. Looking at the details I see that there is an alert which says this item isn’t being restocked and items are limited to whats on hand.

I’d like to purchase one at the sale price but if there is a new version on its way I’d just assume wait. Can someone tell me whether there is indeed a new version in development or whether this item is just dropping off the radar? I’ve printed some flexy filament on another printer but had hoped to expand my Taz6 to the same capability.

Thanks,
Nate

They just announced a new extruder coming soon, the LulzBot TAZ Aerostruder Tool Head (see https://www.lulzbot.com/learn/announcements/aleph-objects-announces-10-new-products-lulzbot-3d-printing-ecosystem):

LulzBot TAZ Aerostruder Tool Head – Releasing Soon - Features the popular and powerful E3D Titan Aero Extruder and Hot End for high quality 3D printing of both > rigid and flexible filaments> .

Also, if you look at the assembly workflow for it (https://ohai.lulzbot.com/project/taz-aerostruder-assembly/) in step 9 they talk about a filament path insert that looks to be the trick to get flexy filament to work without bending.

I have a similar question about the newly announced Dual 3, as it appears to have a channel for the filament to prevent bends (very different approach, it is built into the frame and uses a metal tube to the hot end) - but they don’t talk about which filaments work with it (yet).

I guess I just skimmed over the Aerostruder. Seems like a wait and see is in order for this one.
