Bed not heating. Wire heat damaged

Post by Cosmicray76 » Sat Feb 09, 2019 1:28 pm

I was getting an error message whenever I tried to heat my bed and ultimately found that the plastic quick connect between the circuit board and wire had overheated with slightly melted plastic and soot evidence.

How could this have happened and how can I prevent it from doing it again?

Can I just buy another wire and expect it to be fixed?

Reach out to the support team at LulzBot.com/Support with a picture of the wiring and connector.
