Connector pin removal woes

Replacing Aerostruder print head and this how-to is easy to follow:
https://ohai.lulzbot.com/project/mini-2-aerostruder-hotend-replacement/maintenance-repairs/

However, “Using the pin removal tool…”
(I don’t have this tool.)
Can someone point me to the specific pin removal tool OR
the aerostruder molex connector part number so I can identify which version to use on this connector?
The instructions link to:
https://www.molex.com/pdm_docs/ats/ATS-011030043.pdf)
But numerous tools are listed.
OR
More details on how to use “some sort of tool with a small point”?

A pick or sharp object usually works to push the pins/latches on the connectors…

I use upholstery pins.

I had the same problem. I flattened 2 paper clips and got the pins out. The next problem is getting the bearing out. For $125, they should have provided a new bearing. Per the instructions “A spare stepper motor shaft is a good tool to remove the bearing”. Sorry, I don’t have any spare stepper motors lying around. Anything that I have will likely damage the bearing.

I experienced this as well. We used bent staples and it was a huge pain. Finally bought a molex extraction tool was a life saver!
