Using loctite on heat block

I saw some heat resistant loctite and wondered if putting some of it between the heat block and thermal tube would be a good idea. The plan is that I could change the nozzle without having the block move around. Would this cause any problems?

I dont think it would help. When changing nozzle block is heated up, so loctite strength is weakened. Also needs a bit of torque for nozzle to loosen, would likely break the loctite bond and spin anyway.

Heat resistant Loctite™ is not pretty (sometimes it’s great, just not here). Once it goes on you need to get it really hot to get it off, so hot it would possibly destroy anything not metal attached to it. It also will act as a “thermal break” between your components and I don’t think this is a place you want the temperatures to be different.
