Hello,
I use Cura 21.08 and it runs on Windows10 Familly 64bits.
The actual firmware in the printing is 1.2.20 and I can’t upgrade the firmware because the printer can’t communicate with my computer.
At the beginning I could made the printer communicate sometime by uninstalling the printer from the computer et restarting the computer but it wasn’t a big deal because a could print correctly with the SD card.
But since 1 month, my printer doesn’t do the bed levelling/noze cleaning and after a problem and a manual levelling, the head of the extruder touch the bed et damage the surface.
Could someone help me because I don’t know what to do and I need this printer to be functional.
