Lulzbot Cura Mini Crash on startup

Hello, I am currently setting up a 3D printer for a high school engineering class, and currently I am having issues with the software. Any help would be appreciated.

ig4icd32.dll is part of Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows 7®.

My guess is that the graphics chip/driver for this computer doesn’t meet the “OpenGL 2 compatible graphics chip” required by CuraLE.

You can use the Dell Service Tag on the Dell website and see if there are newer drivers available for that machine.

You might try Legacy Cura LulzBot Edition 21.08. The link can be found at https://www.lulzbot.com/cura.

I think it will be difficult to find a third-party graphics card for that computer but that could be another possibility.

This sounds like it will be the same as the error addressed in this forum post: https://forum.lulzbot.com/t/cura-error-missing-runtime-dll-solution/5558/1 The .ddl fix is in the last post in the thread.

Thanks for the responses! I will try the methods listed, and hope it works. Thanks for the help, it’s greatly appreciated!
