That's an aggressive looking print. What is is supposed to be and when does it fail?

It is an architectural model. The propel is really messy and out of shape at the beginning. So every time I print the bottom 1/4 is is just hot mess and rest of the model is actually decent. Anyone know what causes this? Any quick solution to this.

I'm not a great troubleshooter, but if this is PLA, you might try printing on a raft and lowering bed heater temp. It might be as simple as too much heat on the extrusion close to the bed.
