New to 3D printing - have a new Mini 2 but not quite got it running yet.
But having serious trouble figuring out the 3D software, after looking at several options on what to use have settled on FreeCAD. But the tutorials have thrown me for a serous frustrated loop. Have tried the tutorials from their site and struggled to make sense of them as there seems to be disconnects in the text.
Can anyone suggest some tutorials for a beginner?
I don’t want to do fancy to start, but some simple models of some floating aids to navigation (buoys) with a hole in the center for wires to mount LED’s on the top of the ATON’s. For instance there is a truncated cone on the top of a cylinder, with a base that is larger than the main vertical cylinder.
