Hi folks,
Im currently using lulzbot Cura software on my taz 5, all seems well other than the calculated print times vs real print times. I prefer to save the g code and transfer this via the memory card and then set up the printer as set on cura. I have double checked feed but this is set the same on machine and program? I’m new to the whole thing so any suggestions are welcomed !

The program isn’t taking into account the acceleration settings in the firmware on the TAZ. It’s assuming Ultimaker accelerations, which are about 3000 mm/s^2, when the TAZ is set to 500mm/s^2. If you want the TAZ to print faster, then increase the acceleration settings via the LCD, otherwise, just sit back, relax and enjoy:)

good idea to save g code on a SD card. I was running a 9 hour print direct from cura. Luckily, I caught my computer wanting to reboot due to an upgrade.
