Horus download for Windows

Just got my Ciclop 3d. The box came short 6 washers, no instructions and not even a link to the Horus software.
Got it assembled with no problems but I cannot locate a Windows version to download.
The BQ site connects to the Logictec for the camera but I get a 404 going tro the installer.

Did I just buy a $100 cute red door stop?
