I had a rather lengthy print get to about the 50% mark and suddenly the printer threw an error (Using Octopi / Octopod- Error: Thermal Runaway, system stopped! Heater_ID: bed - Printer halted. kill() called!
) and power cycled. It has happened from time to time… I took the print off the print bed and started over. The second print got to the exact same point and threw the same error (Thermal Runaway).
Instead of scraping it off the bed, I am hoping to edit the gcode to resume at the layer it aborted.
I have determined it was at layer 210 using calipers and math… I would like the edit the gcode to heat up and kick back off there.
Can anyone offer advice for which bits to remove from the front end of the gcode to avoid bed leveling, etc from crashing into the existing print?
