Do you have drafts through the room you print in?
Air current will largely affect the printed object regarding layer bonding

Bonding is perfect, not only because the lack of drafts, but the temperature within the box. It is steady and somewhat around 50 degrees Celsius which is good for ABS, as a kind of controlled environment.
