I replaced the silicone heater and now my Mini1 filament no longer sticks to the bed. I replaced it two years ago with no issues. Any suggestions?
Bad adhesion is usually due to a contaminated surface (a quick clean with glass cleaner should suffice), bad Z offset, wrong temperature on filament/bed or the wrong filament/bed surface combination.
Without seeing the failure, there’s no more specific guidance I can help with.

I don’t think I did a good enough job cleaning the old adhesive before the installation and now there are air bubbles in spots. If I start over what should I use to clean everything? Then what adhesive should I use? Or would it be best to buy the complete kit? Thanks
I’d just get the sheets from Lulzbot with the adhesive pre-applied. If they still have the glass with the PEI sheet, that may be the even better option, to avoid the headache of trying to get it on perfect.
Or… just abandon the PEI sheets and step up to a magnetic sheet from WhamBam or cheaper brands.
