For anyone interested, the new Mini Gladiola v1.04 beefy Y-Idler does fit the Mini Foxglove v1.03 and probably earlier models. Here is the .STL file:
Just print it in a strong filament like ABS, XT, PETG, HT, ect, and use a .20 layer height. You will need 4 heat inserts size M3-.5 - 3.8mm length if you can’t get the old ones out. They are available here:

The new beefier Y-Idler is much stronger and should outlast the printer.
