Hello all, I have a couple TAZ 6 machines. One is operating fantastic, the other not so much. I have called sales and support a couple times and got some help. However, I feel I need to speak to someone in customer service or more in management to get a couple questions answered and discuss a possible exchange of parts. If anybody would have contact information for someone at the company that can make decisions, that would be great.
