Looking for a repair person

Hi All,

I am trying to find a repair shop in my area (Sonoma County, CA) that works on TAZ 6 printers. I have 11 that have various needs. There are 3 that have some serious problems. I really don’t want to box all 3 to send back to Lulzbot. My efforts thus far have been unsuccessful.

Are there any general maintenance videos of the TAZ 6? I’m trying to learn on the fly, but I have other IT duties as well. Also, in reading through many of the posts here, people use terms I am unfamiliar with and I can’t find a diagram of the parts that would help me understand.

Suggestions?

Have you seen this: LulzBot 3D Printer Repair Service | 3D Printer Fix

If you’re too busy to package them up maybe try a temp service to have somebody come in for a day and pack them up for you?

I think everything is open source but you’ll have to do some digging.

If you have 11 printers it seems like you would have a lot of examples right in front of you regarding assembly.

But if you’re not into 3D printing I think you’d be best off sending them in for repair.

I’m new to 3D printing so take this for what it is worth (not much) but I thought I’d at least throw that link up on the off chance you missed it.
