I have searched all over the internet and cant find a tutorial on how to replace the part in the picture i have attached. Does anybody know of a tutorial?

Looks like you will also need a couple M3 and M5 heat set inserts. Those can be bought in bulk from mcmaster Carr or purchased individually from ITworks3d.com https://itworks3d.com/product/metric-brass-heat-set-insert-plastics/
