I’m going to be making some parts so my Prusa can mount Taz toolheads, is HIPS a suitable material for this or should I stick to ABS? I’ve tried PLA in the past and it got saggy with heat…
Thanks,
Will

Personally, I would stick to ABS. I’ve had a couple of ongoing problems with HIPS that I hear echoed by others. First, for larger prints, it has a bigger problem with layer separation than ABS. I’ve had parts printed with HIPS split under use. Second, I find, again with bigger prints, that heat buildup on the bottom of the print can lead to significant distortion.
