Hi guys. I have a Lulzbot mini 1 in 2026 and I need to find a nozzle replacement. I am new in 3 D print and I would like to know where can I find a replacement. with the correct specs. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
What toolhead is on your mini 1?
Likely ones are Mini Print Head, Mini Aerostruder, Mini 1.04 Extruder, or HS, SE, or other newer-style Titan-Aero based extruders.

Thank you for your help. I checked the link and the thread in that replacement says M6. Is that the correct one?. I read in the internet before and it said M5. Did you put already in your Mini 1? and no leaks?
I’m not sure where you read that Lulzbot uses m5 threaded nozzles. That’s not correct. I haven’t installed them yet as I have other troubleshooting to do on the print farm before I do nozzle changes.
You are right. It is M6. I am gonna order and replace it. It was working well and all sudden started stop working close to the end of the printings just at the same part in each printing. I used a needle to unclog the nozzle and suddenly stop working.
