The extruder on my lulzbot mini 2 does not touch the washer, thus cannot print.

I updated the software and played alot with the settings but nothing changed
Make sure the machine is running the proper firmware for the extruder being used and model of machine. It looks like when it’s running the leveling squence it doesn’t move over far enough, the setting for that are in the firmware.
