Have printed lots of stuff on my Taz 6.
Recently I have noticed the nozzle temperature shows about 5 degrees lower than what I set.
Do I have a problem?

The actual temperature is set for the heater (element) in the hot end. It will be where the material becomes malleable. Having the nozzle 5 degrees lower will be common.
As long as you don’t have an issue with extrusion, you should be good to go.
