Part is sagging over support

Hello all,
I’m curious if anyone might have a solution or advise, I’ve searched, but I’ve not seen anything.

My parts all sag or deform when printed over support material

I’m using Cura with the fine profile downloaded from the Lulzbot
TAZ 5
ABS purchased from Lulzbot
print head at 240c, bed at 110c
In this case its at 80% infill. looked like it just printed solid ABS.
support everywhere.
Brim turned on

As you can see the arched part that was touching the support material was supposed to be flat.

My advise would be to print a big part like that in an enclosure or a really warm room.
