I clean the bed and tip after every print, and for the life of me, I still can’t get the initial layer to work right these past few days. ABS does little more than collect on the hot end, and Hips peels up occasionally. I had put Blue tape on the EPI bed, not knowing any better and had to sand it a bit. Things stuck for a while after that, but now it’s not even trying. I treat the bed with Alcohol and use the recommended settings and filament, so I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.
you might be too far away from the bed. you might have to adjust the starting nozzle height wherever that is in cura for the Mini.
It’s all defaults? Where would I change that stuff?
I figured it out. It was a lot simpler than I thought. Apparently this stuff absorbs moisture over time and completely bombed my print quality. Luckily my new filament feast came in, so I’ll have plenty to use while myhumid filament is drying out.
