Query and set stepper motor current on the TAZ6?

I can’t find info anywhere on how to set the current for the stepper motors on the TAZ6. My motors (not the standard AO motors) run really hot and I’d like to see if I can lower the current to cool them down a bit.

I’d like to query the current value first, and go from there, but I can’t find any info on how to do this.
