Suddenly having trouble with an ABS print I've done 1000 times, any help appreciated!

Hello, and thanks as always for your help! Getting frustrated with this one.

So I like to print these low poly pokemon from thingiverse whenever I’ve made a change to my printer to get things re-calibrated, (I give them to my nerdy friends so they don’t just go in the trash). Suddenly though no matter what I try I am getting ridiculous curling around the perimeters (see picture), and nothing I do seems to help… I’ve got a lot of projects I would like to move forward on but until I figure out why this is happening I’m not even going to try… Setup is detailed below:

Setup details:
Printing with a TAZ5 in an enclosure.
Enclosure ambient temp measured at 45C.
Printing with IC3D (green) ABS.
Bed set to 110C, measured ~106C.
Nozzle @225C (tried multiple temps from 225C-245C).
Cooling fan off.
The pictured print was running at about 60% feed rate, but the outcome is about the same no matter what the feed rate is at.

hmmm . . . no responses huh? I’m having the same problem.

If I remember right, that ended up being a failed barrel cooling fan or a loose idler arm.
