Taz 6 - Y Axis loud noise

Morning.

I am in need of some help. My Taz 6 has started to become very loud on the Y axis and is vibrating a lot causing terrible ghosting.

I’ve added 2 videos of the issue.

Any suggestions on what could be causing it? I’ve changed the stepper motor and cleaned the rods.

Any help is appreciated.

Check this thread, the firmware at the end will swap the E1 and Y axis drivers, so you can at least rule out the driver: Taz 6 axis grinding - General / LulzBot TAZ - Lulzbot

If that doesn’t solve it, try running the motor while not attached to the axis as well to rule out the axis itself as an issue.
