Hi guys - I have an issue with my printer and can’t get in touch with anyone - are we SOL?
Wow - thank you - 91 of 113 let go - closed on 10/9 - I did not see any of this in any communications after the one about “Streamlining Operations” on 10/11.
Now what - my printer is not working like it should and I was told they would send me new parts.
The company is back up and running but there’s a big backlog of emails/voicemails/support tickets to work through.
The real question should be how many of the 91 employees that were let go got hired back and how many found better jobs with someone else.
