I have been having a really hard time getting the mini to get all the way through auto leveling. on my last print I was able to get an auto level and successful print. I was wondering if I can bypass the auto leveling by using the last good matrix by editing the Gcode in the print job? Itried just deleting the lines to run auto level but the result is that it starts printing about 7 millimeters above the printbed. Thanks in advance.
I am trying inserting M501, M420 S1 in place of G29. will update with results shortly

You can re-use the previous leveling matrix until the Z loses its position, by powering off, homing (G28) or the steppers de-activating for the Z (M18, or timeout).
Perhaps we should spend some time improving the success rate of auto leveling.
Hold up which toolhead did you do use because I was told different toolheads have different settings
Also try this @thefreeheathen on my lulzbot Taz workhorse what I did was a hot push purge then advanced setting Inuit reset , load , save and that could also be a reason potentially
