If anyone is still looking to buy the javelin metal plates I’m about to make them for myself and a couple extra sets to sell. I can also make any of the other TAZ metal plates if anyone is interested. Here’s some pictures of my work and if you want to see videos of me machining parts check out my youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCR9Vyh0E2HB64vWezmMJ1YQ
I’m debating a slightly different design in my mind right now, so I’m not sure yet if I’ll build one of the Javalin hotends yet or not. I would buy a set of the Y bed to X frame mount blocks, or even just the Y Cap side pieces if you decide to make any of those. There is a potential bit of frame flex there at that junction, but i like having it easily removable too, so I’m not keen on just using off the shelf angle brackets to try and stabilize it further.
I’ll have to take a look at the part files and see what I can do. I’ll let you know.
PM me how much you want for a nutmeg bed plate. I figure the CB enclosure will be out of my cost range right now.
FYI:
I also had issues with printing some of the parts as is and I found if I ran the seemingly fine models through Netfabb cloud model repair site my problems with not printing supports and thin areas was fixed. YMMV.
Just in, blemished, but otherwise serviceable OE javelin alu plates

That’s what I get for not checking the forum in a couple of days.
I’ll sell you mine for … One BILLION DOLLARS!!! /evilvillianlaugh
Ha! It’s okay, I’m still trying to convert my Flexystruder v1 to a v2 which is taking more time than I thought it would.
I thought there were a few mods to convert the Flexistruder to support the hexagon hotend… a shim and an integrated extruder.
