So when my Mini tries to auto-level it fails repeatedly. I have cleaned the nozzle multiple times, used a new felt pad, used a non-scratch Scotch Brite pad to clean after wipe… still it’s failing at the first washer. I can see it’s pressing too hard then tries to wipe again. I have checked voltage between the washers and heat block and I’m getting about 0.2 V… any ideas?
Just to update… I have found an resolved the issue. Going to leave this here for anyone else that encounters a similar problem.
Previously I had taken apart the Aerostruder due to stuck filament. When reassembling I had inadvertently placed the hot end ground on top of the fan shroud instead of under it per the wiring diagram.
