I am printing nylon 910 for a 7 hour print and have been noticing a blob of material accumulates at the base of the nozzle (not tip) every 15 min or so, as if it is leaking up there? is this possible? i have to keep coming in wiht tweezers and removing it or it will drip onto the print eventually and screw things up
Yes it is leaking.One of the folks on the forum has an excellent write up on how to tighten the nozzle. You want to make sure that the nozzle is tightened against the heat break not against the heater block. (The heat break isthe threaded tube between the finned heat sink and the heater block). You also need to make sure that you don’t over tighten the nozzle.
