And I have never tried this with the new Cura 15.xx but with 14 I would go to the machine control panel, the one that lets your move the axis around and set temperatures, and I would set the temps there and that is the way I set them for the print. Hey, it worked.
Then I discovered the Expert mode and with 15 its a lot easier.
