Help diagnosing print issue

Alright Im back with some updates. Cleaned off the tool head with some scotchbrite after getting it nice and hot. Visually looks way cleaner. Got a fresh not ancient roll of filament and swapped it in. Also switched to default settings for PLA in Cura LE ensuring the HE toolhead is active in Cura. Ive also moved my Z Offset to 0.30 after a failure on 0.29. The print I have going now is looking good. Its hard to pinpoint just one thing but it seems like my issues probably stemmed from me jacking up my settings trying to make old saturated filament work well with a dirty tool head. I will update with anything else. Thanks to everyone whos responded so far Ive definitely learned a lot trying to overcome these issues

You also might want to dry the filament every time someone opens a box of filament it’s a good practice to put it in a zipper bag with a Silca gel pack

I did let the filament dry in my oven for a few hours to try and get some of the water out but it didnt really help. The filament was stored in the old owners garage for a few years and honestly I got the printer and the filament he had for a good enough price i dont mind just getting new rolls
