What supplies do I need or do I just wash the bed

PEI doesn’t need any special surface prep, just clean it with dishwashing soap to get any residual oils off it. If you still have adhesion issues, a little bit of gluestick can help, but nothing beats a proper bed leveling for first layer adhesion.
personally I like Magigoo i am not Stranger to 3dprinting i got my first 3d printer for Christmas 2015 it was a lulzbot mini from loveland before it was bought off i do not remember a lot about the printer it is retired i still have the old flextruder in the box
@TimPostma - You need to adjust your Z-offset. An offset of -1.20mm is roughly what it should be if you had glass and with a magnet bed will shift your offset closer to +0.50mm.
i tried tha but i will go to a 3dp place in the 5th month
i was able to have a technician fix it yes Z-offset was a part but so was flow and under debris thank you everyone
