I ordered a LulzBot Mini v2.0 on Jan 27th 2020. They sent me an email requesting some shipping information on the 28th. I gave them the information but have yet to hear anything back or see an update to my order on there website. It has been over a week of silence. Should i cancel this order and request refund from paypal or is someone still there? With the lack of communication with an item that cost this much is very concerning. Will this product have support or parts in a years time?
You should be ok. I placed an order in December and my online status didn’t change and it was radio silence too, but my parts showed up.
