I submitted a repair request for my Mini a week ago, then followup emails and phone calls, and have had no response. The lack of communication from Lulzbot is very frustrating. Any suggestions?
They had a mass lay off and there’s something like 15 employees left working. My guess is responses are going to be very long if they respond at all. If you google lulzbot going out of business you will see some news about it.
Thanks for your response. They seemed to have a good product. For a medium techie type who needs a ~$500 plug n play printer, any suggestions?
