I have a sidekick 747. Just downloaded lulzbot edition of cura, 4.13.15-patch.
However, for some reason, there is only one profile (standard).
In contrast, on my 3.6.40 lulzbot version of cura, I had several profiles. Unfortunately, when I installed 3.6.40, I let it uninstall my previous version (probably 3.6.something).
I do not remember creating the other profiles, though that was so long ago it is possible that I did.
Does anybody have a tip on how to get the other profiles (high detail, standard, and fast, though those names may not be accurate?)
Or, if you think I created them, could somebody remind me of how I cam up with those other profiles, that is, the profiles that weren’t “standard”?
I decided to test the installation. I told it to uninstall and not keep configurations. I had to select the printer to use and once the program loaded it shows three profiles. High Detail, Standard and High Speed.
Quality settings are toolhead + filament-specific. So for your Polymaker Polylite ASA, there’s only standards, but if you look, you’ll see that Polylite PLA has High Detail, High Speed and Standard:
Besides the wall speed and layer height, there’s usually little, if any difference in the quality profiles, as you can see with HD and HS profiles for polylite PLA shown here:
