command for reference but everytime i try and run the octopus test print my printer keeps failing autoleveling on the 3rd washer it touches the previous 2 the top left then the front left then the fail is on the 3rd washer

If it’s the third washer, that’s generally a problem with the X axis gantry not being aligned to the bed.

Move the nozzle down near the left edge of the bed, then turn the machine off. Slip a piece of paper under the nozzle, and manually rotate the left lead screw to get it so the nozzle just touches the paper, then twist the lead screw to raise the gantry so the paper no longer touches the nozzle. Now, with the paper still under the nozzle, slowly push the toolhead it to the right. If it touches the paper, manually twist the right lead screw to raise that side of the gantry slightly until the nozzle is no longer touching the paper, and then slowly push the toolhead to the right. Manually raise the right side of the gantry as necessary to get to the right edge. If the nozzle never touched the paper, manually twist the lead screw until it touches the paper, then raise it back up. Repeat the process with the paper as you used to move the toolhead to the right as you move the toolhead to the left. After doing this back and forth a couple times, it should be close enough to perfectly parallel that the bed leveling will have no problem compensating.
