Lulzbot Mini 2-connection problem

I recently purchased a used Lulzbot Mini 2.0. It will not connect to any computer into which I plug it. Windows 10 is installed on all of them. All drivers have been installed and are visible in Device Manager. I’ve installed and rebooted all of the software, and Cura still says there’s no connection - even after I click the “Connect” button.
I double-checked all three fuses and the BNC connectors. They’re all fine. There was a stray DC power wire, which I reattached. Still, I get “Can’t connect to printer” in Cura Lulzbot Edition 3.6.29.

When I click “Connect” under “Monitor,” I hear the Lulzbot fan shut down for a few seconds, then speed up, then return to normal speed as “Can’t connect to printer” appears.

Is there something I’m overlooking?

You could try uninstalling the driver that windows automatically applied then letting it try connecting again.

Have you updated the Firmware? I just updated to 3.6.29 myself and wasn’t able to initially Connect. Then I used Settings/Printer/Manage Printers/Upgrade Firmware to get it to 2.0.9.0.8 and the connection is made!
